Can I have my tracking number?

Your tracking number is sent to you in an email confirming your order.  It is also available in My Account under Order History.  If you still can not locate your tracking number, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@oneluckyduck.com

Why is my promotion code not being applied to my order?

The promotion code being used may have expired. If it's a current code and still not applied tothe offer, you may want to clear your browser's cookies.  Also, check the following:

  • Promo code is entered exactly as it appears, without spaces
  • Promo code is entered in the correct field (not in the Gift Card/Certificate field)
  • All requirements (i.e. minimum purchase amount) has been met
  • If you’re still having problems, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@oneluckyduck.com

Do you have a retail location?

One Lucky Duck Juice and Takeaway carries many of the same products that we sell online.  They are located at 125 ½  East 17th Street (between Irving and 3rd Ave), New York, NY 10003 and are open everyday from 9am - 11pm.

Are your snacks sold in any other retail locations?

All our snacks are handmade at our kitchen in Pure Food and Wine in New York City, and we’re barely keeping up with your demand!  Until we’re able to expand our production and keep the same quality, we’ll just be selling online and at our Juice and Takeaway.

Do you wholesale your products?

We are not wholesaling our snacks at this time.  We do however offer a 10% discount on cases of our snacks online.  We also plan on wholesaling in the future.   If you would be interested in carrying our products, send your contact information along with information about your company to info@oneluckyduck.com with “wholesale” in the subject line.

Do you offer samples?

We love for you to sample our products; that’s why we add a sample to every order! If you’re requesting samples for press, please contact Amelia@oneluckyduck.com

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world via USPS!

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you have any coupons or promotions?

We often have coupons and promotions available exclusive to our newsletter subscribers.  Click "Get Duckmail" at the top of this page to sign up for our newsletter.

Why didn’t I receive all the items in my order?

If you haven’t received all the items in your order, please contact us immediately at info@oneluckyduck.com

Do you ship your ice cream?

We don’t ship our ice cream yet, but hopefully soon!  In the meantime, come visit Pure Food and Wine for a raw sundae and/or stop by One Lucky Duck Juice and Takeaway and stock up on ice cream by the pint!

Can I have the nutritional facts for your snacks?

Our snacks are super healthy for you, we promise! Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have their nutritional facts calculated for our snacks… but we are in the process of figuring all that out, so stay tuned and we will have that information for you sooner rather than later!
