Shopping at One Lucky Duck is even faster and easier if you have an account. To sign into your account all you need is your email address and password. With it, you can easily save shopping carts, re-order previous orders, check the status of you orders, and more.
Wish list
It's easy to create a wish list: as you shop, click the Add to Wish List button on the page of any item that you've been secretly eyeing. Make the list publicly searchable by your email (or easily send your wish list link to friends and family) and presto--you'll be getting gifts you actually want!
Favorite Products
It's easy to have a list of your favorite products that you want to save and have on hand to easily re-order: as you shop, click the Save to Favorites button on the page of any of your favorite items. Use this list when you're in a hurry to keep all your favorite items in one spot and remind you of the items you want to order.
Edit your Account
We have made it very simple to edit your account. Just log-in to your account from the my account page.
To edit your log-in details and/or billing address just click the Edit button next to my preferences or my billing address.
To make changes to or to add an additional shipping address go to the address book tab on the left of your account profile page.
If you would like to make changes or add another credit card to your account, go to the payment info tab on the left of your my account profile page... don't forget to hit the Update button on the bottom of the screen to save your changes!
Forgot password
Don't worry, it happens to everyone! Just go to the Forgot Your Password page. Enter the email address associated with the account and we will send you a temporary password via email.
Once you login with the temporary password, click the Edit button next to my preferences, this will bring you to the page where you can create a new (and easy to remember) password... don't forget to hit the Update button on the bottom of the screen to save your changes!
