Track Your Order
Log in to your account, and click "Order History." This page will provide you with the status of your order, and, if your order has shipped, its tracking number.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Large orders including cases of One Lucky Duck Snacks may take additional production time. Orders placed after 12PM (Eastern Time) Friday through Sunday and during major holidays, will be shipped the following business day. Shipping options are available at the customer’s preference. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and the distance (from New York City) that it is being shipped.
Standard Domestic Shipping
We offer both UPS ground and Fed-Ex ground. Both these shipping options generally takes 5 to 7 business days from 12 noon EST on the date your order is entered into our system. P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS. Ground shipments going to a residence are delivered without a signature. Once the courier indicates that the package has been dropped off, One Lucky Duck and the courier have no responsibility for lost or damaged packages. If you would like a signature, please choose an expedited shipping option.
Expedited Shipping
Fed-Ex Express Saver
This option takes 3 business days (from the time your order leaves our office) and will be delivered to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. Not available with items that ship directly from the manufacturer (i.e. Dehydrators, Beach Towels, E-3 Live, Rebounders). Also not available with P.O. Boxes.
Fed-Ex 2 Day
This option takes 2 business days (from the time your order leaves our office) to most areas and will be delivered by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and by 7 p.m. to residences. Not available with items that ship directly from the manufacturer (i.e. Dehydrators, Beach Towels, E-3 Live, Rebounders). Also not available with P.O. Boxes.
Fed-Ex Standard Overnight
This option is delivered next-business-day (from the time your order leaves our office) by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses and by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Not available with items that ship directly from the manufacturer (i.e. Dehydrators, Beach Towels, E-3 Live, Rebounders). Also not available with P.O. Boxes.
Fed-Ex Priority Overnight
This option arrives next-business-day (from the time to your order leaves our office) by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas. Not available with items that ship directly from the manufacturer (i.e. Dehydrators, Beach Towels, E-3 Live, Rebounders). Also not available with P.O. Boxes.
Fed-Ex First Overnight
This option is delivered next-business-day(from the time your order leaves our office) by 8, 8:30, 9 or 10 a.m., depending on destination ZIP code. Not available with items that ship directly from the manufacturer (i.e. Dehydrators, Beach Towels, E-3 Live, Rebounders). Also not available with P.O. Boxes.
Drop-Shipped Items
Items shipped directly from the manufacturer will be shipped via ground service. Please allow an extra 5 to 7 business days for these products arrival. Also, drop-shipped items cannot be shipped to international addresses.
International Shipping
All International Shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority International . It generally takes 6-10 days (once your order leaves our office) you’re your package to arrive. Please be advised that once the item is outside of the US, USPS is unable to provide tracking information. However, a notification will be sent via e-mail when it has arrived at the destination. Depending on size of order and destination, the rates and delivery time will vary. For more international shipping options, email info@oneluckyduck.com.
PO Boxes
All orders being delivered to a P.O. Box are shipped via USPS. This option takes 5 to 7 business days (from the time your order leaves our office).
