We are all aflutter here at One Lucky Duck about our pending expansion to Brooklyn! We’ve just signed a lease for a 4,000 square foot space in the former Pfizer building on Flushing Avenue in Brooklyn where we’ll be joining some of New York’s best up-and-coming artisanal food brands. This facility will be the new home for the production of all One Lucky Duck snacks, ingredients and other items previously crowding the back kitchen at Pure Food and Wine (where all our snacks are currently made).
The new space will also allow us to add all new raw and vegan snacks to our existing line, while freeing up Pure Food and Wine’s kitchen to be able to accommodate larger volumes, additional catering, and our Not-Just-Juice cleanses. Finally, the e-commerce wing of One Lucky Duck will move its order fulfillment from its current Flatiron location to the Pfizer building space, giving us added room for more of the best organic and eco-happy beauty, home, and health products that we ship worldwide. It’s a quadruple win!
