The process starts with premium, whole, certified organic nuts & seeds which are then hand sorted, soaked, rinsed and dried at a low temperature, below 108 degrees, protecting vital raw enzymes.

Foods high in live enzymes require less of our own digestive enzymes, helping us to conserve enzyme energy and increase bio-availability of nutrients.
